About AeroSpark

Here is the failure mode every contract tool shares: legal buys the platform, sales refuses to use it, and requests keep arriving by email anyway. The tool did not fail on features. It failed because it asked twenty people to learn a system so that two people could work. AeroSpark inverts it. The review lives in the channel. A salesperson types a slash command and attaches the NDA โ€” that is the entire onboarding for everyone outside legal. The AI reads the document, checks it against the team's playbook, and posts back a card: terms extracted, risks named, citations attached. Approve, reject, or request changes right there. Legal still gets everything they would want from a real system โ€” policy-based triage, counterparty redline handling that preserves the other side's tracked changes, exception routing with escalation rules, an audit trail, an indexed record with export. It just arrives without making the rest of the company learn anything. Ships for both Slack and Microsoft Teams, with a web dashboard for whoever actually wants one.

Legal review that happens in Slack or Teams instead of a portal nobody logs into. Built it after watching contracts stall in email threads at every company we ran. Happy to answer anything.
