A few things we’ve learned while building it: * Reducing friction matters more than changing CTA button colors. * Visitors are much more willing to have a short conversation than fill out forms. * High-ticket B2B buyers often need answers before they’re ready for a sales call. * Most companies are ignoring the other 98% of traffic they already paid for.
