About Balansly - Budget Planner

Your current balance is not always money you can freely spend. Some of it may already be needed for upcoming bills, recurring expenses, or other commitments. Balansly combines your current account balances with planned income and expenses to show how your balance may change over the next 12 months. Use the forecast as a scenario: test a major purchase, trip, or irregular payment before you spend, then compare different amounts or dates. Balansly is useful when you want to plan beyond the current month, prepare for seasonal expenses, manage money across several accounts, or understand whether a financial decision fits alongside commitments you already know about. HOW IT WORKS • add accounts and wallets with their actual balances • enter known income, bills, purchases, and other future expenses • review the automatically calculated forecast and update the plan when circumstances change There is no need to create an account or connect a bank. You also do not have to record every daily purchase. Add the large, recurring, and known future transactions that matter most, then periodically update your actual account balances to keep the forecast useful. PLAN AND REVIEW • plan one-off and recurring income and expenses • use weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-time schedules • edit, reschedule, pause, and resume planned transactions • review expected balance at the start and end of each month • find months with high expenses or an uncomfortably low forecast • compare income, expenses, and category totals • compare your actual balance with the plan • see upcoming financial events in a monthly calendar ACCOUNTS AND CURRENCIES • see the total balance and its history after account updates • manage multiple accounts, wallets, currencies, and cryptocurrencies • keep each currency separate without automatic exchange-rate conversion The forecast is a scenario based on the information you enter, not a guarantee of a future result. It changes when balances or planned transactions change and helps make trade-offs visible while there is still time to adjust the plan. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your financial data stays on your device. Balansly does not send it to external servers or use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Core tracking and planning features work offline.

Showing how future income and expenses affect your balance over time is a smart angle that most budget apps miss. Multi-currency and multi-account support in one free mobile app is a solid value prop for freelancers.

@chaudharyarun5797 Thanks, really glad you noticed this. Showing how future income and expenses affect balance over time was exactly the idea behind this screen. Was honestly nice to see someone point this out.

This app started from a simple problem I had. I couldn’t clearly understand my overall balance across multiple accounts, especially when trying to plan ahead. Most tools showed past expenses, but did
