Once the initial push has been made, Blastra monitors your presence and helps you propagate updates on a regular basis (you ship new features daily, you should update your listings at leas once a month). Additionally, Blastra helps you see where your competitors are listed, what their reviews say and how you could use their weaknesses in your strategy.
