Version 1.1.7 is out
The main aim was to try and support Japanese books, and a beta version of this is now in place. Additionally, the app should now support localisation and display in French, German, Spanish, Portugese and Japanese. With more to come

Illustrations in more books β EPUBs, web articles, and Word documents now show inline images (was EPUB-only). - Smoother chapter transitions β pages slide between chapters like a real book. - Cleaner top bar β chapter title's no longer truncated, and the table of contents opens at where you are. - Faster section loading.

@58259phil it should handle longer text just fine, the one improvement I have in the pipeline is handling images and tables of text. But itβs able to load pdfs > 50mb in size without issue
