About BusyBoard
BusyBoard is one link that shows when you're actually free, across every calendar you own. Connect multiple Google and Outlook calendars and they mirror each other, so you're never double-booked. You get a single availability link people can book from, with a privacy guarantee: no event titles, descriptions or attendees are ever stored or shown, only busy and free. AI agents get the same view. Point Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client at your BusyBoard and it can read your availability and book into it without seeing what's on your calendar. Once your people are on BusyBoard, create a group and pick who needs to meet. Your team of three and the client's team of five see the overlapping free time instantly, no "when works for you?" thread with eight people on it. Free for one calendar and one link. Pro adds unlimited calendars, mirror modes, instant sync and agent write access.

Only busy and free ever leaving the calendar makes this easy to send to a client. Giving an agent the same blind view, and not the event titles, is a sensible line to draw too.
@eusebiubalanmedia Thank you! The idea came from my working in agencies where I needed to do this multiple times a day with our clients.
Started this after one too many double-bookings between client calendars. One link, real availability, zero event details exposed. Agents can read it over MCP. Curious what you'd want it to do next.
