About Catalogly
Catalogly is a browser-based catalog generator built for B2B sales teams, brand managers, wholesalers, and distributors who need professional product catalogs and price lists without waiting for a designer. Upload an Excel or CSV file, and Catalogly automatically maps your columns — SKU, product name, description, prices, images, EAN-13 barcodes, and product variants — and turns the data into a polished, multi-page A4 catalog with cover page, category dividers, and your brand's logo, colors, and fonts. Export a high-resolution, print-ready 300 DPI PDF in about a minute, or share it digitally with clients and retailers. Key capabilities: Automatic Excel/CSV import with smart column mapping and variant management (grouped products or individual SKU rows) Brand profiles with logo, cover design, accent colors, and custom fonts — created once by marketing, reused by the whole sales team Dual pricing (retail + B2B trade prices) and specialized trade price lists per customer type EAN-13 barcode rendering, SKU-level selection, and automatic category pages Five interface languages: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish Privacy by design: catalog data stays in your browser; only accounts and brand profiles live on the server Free plan to export your first catalog; paid plans from €5 Day Pass to €79/month Corporate Use cases: trade show catalogs, retailer and distributor price lists, seasonal lookbooks, B2B line sheets, HoReCa proposals, wholesale order forms. It replaces hours of InDesign or PowerPoint work every time prices or assortment change: update the spreadsheet, regenerate the catalog, done.

Great for turning a messy spreadsheet into a clean A4 catalog quickly. Barcode and variant support is a plus; more templates would help.

Mapping Excel columns straight into a multi-page A4 catalog with EAN-13 barcodes is a great fit for wholesalers. Cuts out the designer wait.
@nckbrz hi Nick, thanks for the comment and for the suggestion of adding more templates!
Hi everyone 👋 I'm Matteo, the maker of Catalogly. Quick backstory: I kept watching sales teams rebuild the same catalog in InDesign every time a price changed — so I built the tool I wished existed.
