Most AI assistants for European websites still send customer conversations through servers outside the EU. Chatterence takes a different route: everything runs on two fronts, entirely on European infrastructure. The first is a web assistant that talks to site visitors in over 30 languages, sticking strictly to material the business itself has published, so it never wanders into guesswork. Visitors can type or speak, and when a conversation needs a real person, it's routed over by email or WhatsApp. The second is a business intelligence layer that pulls advertising figures, site analytics, and the assistant's own conversation history into a single place, one you can question directly instead of digging through separate dashboards. It runs cookie-free, with GDPR and the EU AI Act built into the foundation rather than added afterward. Each customer's deployment is fully separated from every other, hosted on EU infrastructure throughout. Built by AC Agency, an agency working out of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain since 1997.
