Collections Copilot connects directly to your Stripe account and automatically watches for overdue invoices, then sends on-brand payment reminders so you don't have to chase clients yourself. Because it's Stripe-native, there's no manual invoice import, no CSV uploads, and no separate system to keep in sync — it reads your real invoice data straight from Stripe and stays current automatically. Most collections tools require you to re-enter or connect invoice data manually; Collections Copilot skips that step entirely. What sets it apart from other reminder tools is control. You choose exactly how hands-on it is, starting in Draft Mode, where you review and approve every reminder before it sends — nothing goes out without your say-so. As you build trust in the system, you can move up to Semi-Auto or Full Auto, where reminders escalate in tone automatically over time. You're never forced into full automation on day one.
