Every tool is hand-reviewed and categorized for construction use cases, with filters for pricing model, company size, platform, and trial availability. Key features: - 570+ construction software tools, all verified and categorized - Side-by-side tool comparison pages - Alternatives pages for every major tool - 51 buyer guides and category roundups - Free market data report analyzing pricing, mobile coverage, and company size targeting across the industry For contractors: find the right software without wading through Capterra and G2. For vendors: get a free dofollow backlink from a niche construction directory indexed by Google.

What I learned from cataloguing every construction SaaS
Follow-up to the 570 milestone. The thing nobody told me before I started: most construction software is not built for the people doing construction. It's built for the office staff who manage the people doing construction. That's why 55% of these tools refuse to publish a price (they want to qualify your company size first), and why 55% still expect a superintendent to use a laptop on a muddy site instead of a phone. The gap is solo operators. 9% of the market serves them, and three full categories serve none of them at all. If you're a solo estimator bidding small commercial work in Preconstruction, BIM, or Takeoff, the market gives you nothing built for your size. That's the opening. Anyone building for the one-person construction shop has an empty category waiting.

Really impressive to see this go live. Really well thought out and executed. Rooting for your success!
570 tools catalogued, by hand
Quick milestone for ConTechFinder. The directory just crossed 570 construction software tools across 15 categories, every one added by hand. No scraping, no AI summaries of vendor copy. I open every product page, check pricing, test the mobile app, and read enough of the feature list to know who it's actually built for. The data from doing this at volume turned into a free market report on contechfinder.com. Five numbers worth knowing if you sell or buy construction software: 55% of vendors hide their pricing 45% have a mobile app 9% target solo operators Three categories have zero solo options Project Management has 45 tools, the largest of any category Free to list your tool if it belongs.

Congratz for your launch
Solid idea, finding construction software is genuinely painful. A niche-specific comparison tool makes a lot of sense here. Congrats on the launch!
how are you finding new tools to add?
@info8774 cold email mainly, and getting listed on directories people are putting tools on already - contechfinder gives a free dofollow for any listing free or paid
don't see many new directories launching. good luck on it
good luck!
Great idea!
