Ecclo

Ecclo structures mutual aid between members and organizes church life. Designed specifically for Christian communities, the platform provides simple and collaborative tools to manage daily operations and foster support within the congregation. Most church management software is built for the people who run the church. Ecclo is built for the people who are the church. The core of the product is a mutual aid layer: a member can post a need (a ride, a meal, help moving, a skill, prayer) and other members respond. Leaders get visibility on what is happening in their community without turning the church into a database of surveilled individuals. Ecclo does not track people, it connects them. Around that core, Ecclo covers the everyday operations of a local church: member directory, pastoral dashboard, follow-up on ongoing mutual aid, and service planning. A pastoral care and visits module is on the roadmap, alongside donation management with automatic French CERFA tax receipts. Ecclo is a progressive web app (PWA), mobile-first by design, with push notifications, in-app photo capture, native calendar integration and one-tap navigation to addresses. Nothing to install from an app store, works on any phone. Ecclo is operated by a French company and serves French churches today, with a European ambition. The long-term vision is a network: churches in the same area connecting to help each other, with moderation, and eventually a community marketplace open to members, churches and partner associations, closer to a social-economy model than to a classic SaaS. Access stays gated: the pastor validates the members of his own community. Started in January 2026, Ecclo grew from a pilot church through word of mouth and now ready to be spread.
