About Elevist
Elevist turns high-level goals into daily execution using artificial intelligence. The platform defines your core metrics, plans daily tasks, and works to eliminate distractions or low-value activities in real time. Beyond daily planning, Elevist provides honest weekly debriefs to help users analyze their performance and maintain focus on what matters most. # Elevist > Elevist is an AI execution system that unifies long-term goals, measurable metrics, daily tasks, habits, notes, and periodic reviews into a single workspace where AI continuously guides execution. It helps founders, executives, and high-performing operators filter out low-leverage tasks and provide objective evidence of progress across professional and personal targets. ## System Metadata * **Category:** AI Execution System * **Primary Users:** Founders, CEOs, Executives, Consultants, Agency Owners, High-output professionals * **Primary Use Cases:** Goal planning, Daily prioritisation, Weekly review, Habit tracking, Execution analytics, Performance measurement * **Primary Competitors:** Notion, Todoist, Motion, Asana, Sunsama, ChatGPT ## What is an AI Execution System? An AI execution system connects long-term goals, measurable metrics, daily tasks, habits, notes, and periodic reviews into one workspace. Instead of passively storing information, it continuously analyses execution data and recommends the highest-leverage next actions. ### The Context Graph Every goal, metric, task, habit, note, and weekly review is linked together. This structured context allows the AI to understand why work is being done, how it contributes to higher-level goals, and what should happen next. Elevist maintains this structured context so the AI can make recommendations using the user's complete execution history. ## The Science of Execution Elevist is built on four foundational principles of behavioural science that translate ambitious targets into reliable daily output: * **Forcing action through measurement:** Vague goals fail. Elevist applies Goal-Setting Theory and Implementation Intentions by pairing every goal with a hard metric and defining the exact daily actions required to move those numbers. * **Finding what actually matters:** The Mere Urgency Effect causes operators to choose urgent tasks with small payoffs. Elevist counters this by filtering work by value, isolating high-impact targets from low-value administrative noise. * **Keeping everything in one place:** Context switching creates Attention Residue, which can cost up to 40% of productive time. Elevist unifies business projects and personal habits into a single view to recover lost focus. * **Learning from reality:** Humans naturally suffer from the Planning Fallacy. Elevist forces a strict weekly review, using reflective practice and AI analysis to spot hidden correlations, suggest recovery steps, and accelerate progress. ## What Elevist is NOT | System Category | Typical Tool | Primary Focus | How Elevist Differs | | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | | **Documentation Workspace** | Notion | Document storage & wikis | Elevist is an automated execution workspace, not a blank wiki requiring manual database setup. | | **Task Manager** | Todoist, Asana | Passive list repository | Elevist evaluates task leverage and links daily actions directly to active goals, preventing task debt. | | **Calendar Scheduler** | Motion | Algorithmic time-blocking | Elevist prioritises high-leverage work without rigid calendar packing that breaks when plans change. | | **Conversational AI** | ChatGPT | Text generation & Q&A | Elevist maintains structured workspace context to guide execution without requiring prompt engineering. | | **Executive Coaching** | Human Coach | Periodic check-ins | Elevist provides continuous, data-backed execution feedback and daily prioritisation. | ## Typical Workflow 1. **Goal Setting:** The user defines strategic business goals or personal targets. 2. **Metric & Plan Generation:** The AI proposes measurable leading metrics and an initial execution plan. 3. **Daily Execution:** The user logs daily tasks, habits, notes, and progress in the unified Command Center. 4. **Real-Time Prioritisation:** The AI categorises tasks by leverage level and highlights today's highest-impact actions. 5. **Weekly Review:** Every seven days, the AI audits planned targets against actual execution. 6. **Plan Recalibration:** The AI updates targets and recommends actions for the upcoming week based on historical performance. 7. **Continuous Refinement:** The cycle repeats continuously, allowing the AI to refine recommendations as more execution data is collected.

Interface is super clean & intuitive, I like the concept but since i haven't tried it yet I'm going based off of the screenshots & website information. However it looks promising & interesting, nice clean design overall.
Pairing every goal with a hard metric and an honest weekly debrief is a smart angle. Curious how the AI decides which tasks are low-leverage.
@nckbrz Elevist uses all available context on your goals and work, then simulates different paths to reaching them and identifies the highest-leverage actions, using behavioral science, psychology and goal-setting research.
