Version 1.7.0 - Big Update
This is probably the biggest update I’ve made so far. Statistics got a complete overhaul. They’re easier to read, put more focus on your actual history, and you can now share them as an image with your habits, completions and streaks. There’s also a new way to share your 0 Days Without challenges. The counter is now a proper little card, with an animation when the number changes, and you can save it as an image with your name and profile picture. Widgets got a big upgrade too. There are now five of them, including a monthly calendar, a habit wall and upcoming Special Days. They also refresh automatically, so they shouldn’t get stuck showing old data anymore. I also added Breathing, with four different rhythms and sessions from 2 to 15 minutes. Nothing complicated, just something simple to follow when you need a few minutes to slow down. The diary got quite a few improvements as well. You can search your entries, see what you wrote on the same day in previous years, and there are new mood statistics with calendars and trends. And then there’s Aurora, the new little mascot for the app. You can use her illustrations for diary moods instead of the usual emoji, if you want. There are also new quick settings tiles, animated backgrounds, better list editing, more preset habits, a new menu layout, and quite a few smaller improvements and fixes throughout the app. As always, thanks to everyone sending feedback, reporting bugs and suggesting things. A lot of these changes come directly from that feedback, and it genuinely helps a lot :) Read the full changelog: https://eudaemonapp.com/changelog

Version 1.6.0 - Animation Update
A pretty big update is finally here! One of the things I really wanted to improve was the day-to-day experience. You can now swipe left or right to move between days, and there’s a setting to turn it off if you prefer the old way. Future days are a bit clearer too, and completing habits feels nicer with some new animations. I also completely redesigned the calendar for individual habits, so it’s much easier to look back at your history. Statistics now include completed days for low-priority habits too. They were being ignored before, so I figured it was time to give them some attention :) Backups got some love as well. You can now optionally back up everything to your own Google Drive, with encryption if you want it. The backup screen is simpler, restoring a backup takes one tap, and daily backups are portable JSON files that you can move to a new phone. And just to be clear, PeerPush is still fully offline by default. Google Drive backup is completely optional, and nothing gets uploaded unless you choose to use it. There are also quite a few smaller fixes and bits of polish throughout the app. Thanks to everyone who sent feedback, requested features, found bugs, or just kept telling me what could be better. It genuinely helps a lot :) Read the full changelog: https://eudaemonapp.com/changelog

Private habit tracking is underrated. So many apps collect your personal wellness data to sell to insurers or advertisers. Having a solution that keeps everything local on your device is a relief. The simplicity combined with privacy makes
@omribenshoham Exactly. Eudaemon keeps everything local, the database can even be exported with encryption. Thank you.
I built eudaemon because I was getting tired of finding habit and productivity apps that were either locked behind subscriptions or heavily limited unless you paid.
