Last year 200 people deleted my iOS app in one week. I still don't know why. App Store reviews only caught the angry ones. Emails got 0.1% response. Feedback portals? Nobody clicked them. That's why I built FeedbackWall. Ask users questions right in your app. Update surveys server-side without resubmitting to Apple. Turns out 15-25% of users actually respond when you ask them directly. Running this with indie iOS devs for a few months now. Sitting at around $2k MRR. something that every product owner should use. Tip: think also about adding a feebdack board where users can see current things ongoing and submit proactively (without necessary the survey)!
