About First Person Viewpoint
AI fiction apps train you to chat with a model. AI Dungeon, Character.AI, NovelAI — all of them ship the same broken frame: dialog bubbles, "AI said," avatars, timestamps. You don't read a story. You interrupt one. The literary experience of living inside a novel has never been the default UI in this space. On top of that, the category has been quietly hostile to its own audience. Character.AI banned users under 18 in October 2025 and leaned harder into sanitized chat-companions. AI Dungeon collapsed under aggressive paywalls and a UI rewrite that lost its core users. NovelAI is powerful but desktop-first and intimidating. The adult, literate audience for AI fiction — people who want to live inside a story, not erotic-roleplay with a chatbot — has been orphaned. What FPV is. First Person Viewpoint is a narrative engine, not a chatbot. You pick a world (or describe one in a single sentence), name your character, choose three traits, and start acting. The AI narrates in second person, present tense. The story grows upward like a manhwa scroll. Older paragraphs fade toward navy — the text literally ages on screen. There is no chat UI. Zero. No bubbles, no "AI said," no avatars, no HP bars, no XP. Just text on a dark background, like a Kindle that writes back. How it works. → Pick from 5 built-in worlds — The Shattered Realm (fantasy), The Outer Drift (sci-fi), Ashwick County (horror), Irongate Academy (manga), The Aldgate Season (Regency romance) — or describe a custom world in one sentence and the AI builds it around you. → Create your character: name, three traits, optional AI-generated avatar. → Type an action ("I enter the tavern and ask the barman about the missing person"). The AI continues in 2–4 paragraphs of literary prose, streaming token-by-token. → Long-press any paragraph to retry with a modifier: "shorter," "darker," "no dialogue," "more detail." It rewrites in place. → Open the Memory panel (◈) for auto-summary every 20 actions. Open the Lore tab (▣) to build your own canon — AI auto-injects matching entries when keywords trigger. → Choose your narrator: 5 styles (Literary, Noir, Concise, Dramatic, Balanced). 8 languages (English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese). → Pick your reader: 7 fonts (Lora, Cinzel, EB Garamond, Merriweather, Spectral, Courier Prime, DM Sans), dark + light mode, 10 accent colors, 6 text sizes. Every user gets their own look. Community. Publish worlds you've built to the community feed. Like, follow, comment. Discover others' stories. Pin favorites. Browse by genre. Auto-generated covers via Gemini Image. Adult-rated content with a real 18+ gate, real ToS, real server-side moderation — not pre-emptive censorship. Pricing. Free — 250 actions/month, 20 sessions, 20 custom worlds. Generous enough to live in for weeks. Pro — $9.99/mo · 2,000 actions, 50 sessions, 8K token context. Max — $24.99/mo · 6,500 actions, unlimited sessions, 16K token context. Same model quality across all tiers. You pay for budget and context length, never for quality. Built solo. iOS, Android, web, the entire AI video pipeline, the legal stack, the campaign — built by one person in Warsaw under Lumizone. Runs on Google Gemini 3 Flash. Live on the App Store and Google Play. Step inside the story.
