Tailoring businesses in Nigeria mostly run on WhatsApp messages, paper measurement books, and memory. There's no easy way for a tailor to track which customer is assigned to which staff member, see the status of an order, keep a searchable record of past measurements, or bill clients and manage their own subscription in one place. As the business grows past one or two tailors, that informal system breaks down fast. FittStitches is a multi-tenant SaaS platform built for tailoring businesses to run their operations digitally, priced in Naira for the local market. Each business gets its own workspace (a subdomain-based tenant) with role-based access for owners, admins, tailors, and staff, so everyone only sees and touches what their role allows. Inside that workspace, a business can manage customers and their measurement history, assign and track orders across staff with bulk assignment and auto-distribution options, log all activity for accountability, and export customer data and images as a ZIP bundle when they need records outside the platform. Subscriptions run through Paystack, with a full-lockout model on expiry so the business is nudged to renew rather than losing access to their data. The goal is to take the parts of running a tailoring business that are currently scattered across notebooks and chat threads, and turn them into one system that scales as the business adds more tailors and more customers.
