About FixMyContract

FixMyContract analyzes contracts uploaded as PDF, photo, Word, Excel, or plain text and produces a clause-by-clause risk read. Each flagged clause is tied to the exact contract text, explained in plain language, and paired with alternative wording that can be requested from the other party. Clauses are scored high, medium, or low risk so the most significant issues surface first. The product accepts photos of paper contracts captured on a phone camera in addition to standard document formats. Before scoring, you tell it who you are in the agreement — tenant, freelancer, employee, or business — because the same lease or NDA reads differently depending on which side signs it. A free tier covers 3 analyses per month with no credit card required, and PDF report downloads are open on every tier. Paid tiers (launching soon) raise the monthly limit, add a document-chat feature for asking questions about a specific contract, and add your company name and logo to reports. All analysis is informational and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
