Formo Automations

Formo Automations is an AI customer support chatbot built specifically for Shopify stores. It helps merchants provide 24/7 automated support for common customer questions about orders, shipping, returns, store policies, and more. Formo connects to Shopify in read-only mode so it can use real order information when answering customer questions. This allows the AI to provide relevant, grounded responses instead of guessing. Built-in safety checks help prevent it from inventing order numbers, tracking information, delivery dates, refunds, discounts, or other sensitive details. Merchants can configure Formo's tone, policies, safety limits, and behaviour from a simple dashboard, then add the chatbot to their storefront with a single script tag.
