About FrameCourier

FrameCourier — photo & video delivery for studios, priced by storage instead of per seat FrameCourier is a client delivery platform for commercial photographers and video production studios. It combines photo gallery delivery and structured video review in one branded client portal — replacing the usual stack of Frame.io + Dropbox + a separate photo proofing tool with a single subscription. WHY IT EXISTS WeDoVids is a video and photo production studio in Dayton, Ohio. For years we paid three companies to do one job: get finished photos and video to a client, and get their feedback back. Frame.io for video review, Dropbox for file transfer, a separate tool for photo proofing. Three logins, three invoices, and none of them talked to each other. The part that wore on us was per-seat pricing. Every teammate we added, the bill went up. Every time a client wanted their agency in the review thread, another seat. A commercial project can go from 3 people to 8 in a week — exactly when the tool starts charging you more. Our co-founder, Brian Shaffer, has been writing software since the early 1990s, so in 2018 he built us our own version. We then ran client delivery on it for 8 years — thousands of real commercial deliveries — filing down every rough edge because it was our own Friday delivery on the line, not a roadmap ticket. Other studios kept seeing our delivery links and asking what we used. This year we opened it up as FrameCourier. WHAT YOU GET One branded portal (your logo, accent color, and subdomain) with both halves of the job: Photo delivery - Galleries with RAW and PSD support - Watermarking and client proofing / selects - Automatic slideshow videos — turn a gallery into a music-video-style edit with transitions and a soundtrack, generated by you or, if you allow it, the client - Embeddable galleries for your own website Video review - Timestamped comments and frame-accurate annotations - Revision rounds and version approval - Side-by-side version compare with synced playback - Embeddable review players STANDOUT FEATURES - Unlimited team members and unlimited clients on every plan, including free — priced by storage, not seats - Multi-user client accounts, so an art director, producer, and outside agency each get their own login under one account - Ask Milo — an AI assistant grounded in each video's transcript, on-screen elements, and review comments. Ask "what did they want changed in the intro?" and get a cited answer instead of re-watching the cut - AI-powered search across photos, videos, and transcripts — including on-screen text and visual content you never manually tagged - Contracts and model releases with in-browser e-signatures, QR codes, and PDF/CSV export - Project management and task tracking tied to each client - Shortlinks and QR codes with expiry, optional passwords, and two-factor authentication PRICING Priced by storage, not per seat. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited users. - Free — 3 GB, no credit card - $19/month — 100 GB - $49/month — 500 GB - $99/month — 2 TB For comparison, a studio running a photo gallery tool (~$24/mo) alongside a 5-seat video review plan (~$125/mo) pays around $149/month for two tools that don't talk to each other. FrameCourier replaces both for $49/month. WHO IT'S FOR Commercial photographers, video production companies, wedding and portrait studios, real estate shooters — any small studio whose client teams grow mid-project and who's tired of paying per head for it. Try it free at framecourier.com — enough to run a real delivery and see if it fits. If something's missing for how your studio works, tell us. That's how it got built.

8 years running my studio's client delivery on a tool I built to replace Frame.io + Dropbox + a proofing app. Now open to everyone: photo + video review in one portal, priced by storage, not seats.
