GhostPane

GhostPane is web analytics that lives in your own Cloudflare account. One <script> tag, 1.8 KB gzipped. No cookies, so no consent banner. No sampling, so no asterisk on the numbers. The data lands in a D1 database you own, on infrastructure you already pay nothing for — and nobody, including us, can read it. Everything you'd expect is there: goals, funnels, revenue per conversion, saved segments, a read-only Stats API, scheduled email reports, traffic alerts, and GA4 history import — so switching doesn't cost you your past. Then two things a hosted analytics product structurally cannot do. Edge mode. Because GhostPane runs in front of your site rather than beside it, pageviews are counted as the HTML is requested. Nothing can block them. Your coverage gap stops being an industry average you quote and becomes a number you measured. AI visibility. Which AI crawlers read which pages, and which of those pages send anyone back. Crawlers execute no JavaScript, so a tracking script has never been able to see one. GhostPane sees both halves of the loop — the assistants indexing you, and the visitors they return. Built to be owned. Hono, D1, Durable Objects and React on Cloudflare Workers. Install through a hosted wizard with a licence key and an API token, or run npm run provision against your own account — both paths run the identical twelve idempotent steps, so there is one definition of what "installed" means. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record; this codebase never touches a card. Analytics you can point at and say: that's mine, it's on my domain, and it counted everyone.
