About GlucoSensei
GlucoSensei is an iPhone app that logs your meals and your blood sugar readings together and shows you the connection between them. Log a meal by photographing your plate or adding your foods. The app identifies the foods, estimates carbs, protein and fat, and lets you correct anything before it saves. Add the reading from your own meter before and after eating, and the app lines the two up. After about a week of logging, it starts surfacing patterns. Which meals kept you steady, which ones moved your numbers, and what is worth swapping. The summaries are written in plain language rather than clinical terms. Most food trackers count calories and macros and stop there. This one measures what a meal actually did in your body. It works with any standard finger-prick meter, so no CGM is required, though CGM readings can be entered the same way (CGM integration coming soon!). Both mg/dL and mmol/L are supported. You can also log insulin and medications, and the dashboard shows your recent history alongside a 24-hour glucose chart. Everything stays on your phone, encrypted. There is no account to create and no cloud copy of your logs. Meal photos are only sent for analysis when you ask, and are not kept afterwards. No advertising, no tracking, nothing sold or shared. Built for people managing pre-diabetes and Type 2 diabetes. Useful for Type 1 alongside existing care, and for anyone eating low-carb or keto who wants to confirm what is actually working.

Everyone's body responds differently to food. GlucoSensei shows your personal blood sugar patterns instead of generic advice, so you can actually understand what works for your metabolism.
