About Gryper: Workout & Muscle Log

Most fitness trackers tell you what you did. Gryper tells you whether you did enough. Gryper is a workout tracker built for serious lifters — not casual gym-goers. Log your sets in seconds, see exactly which muscles you're training with a full-body heatmap, and use real hypertrophy science (MEV / MAV / MRV) to know when you're under-training, in the sweet spot, or pushing into overtraining. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND, PER MUSCLE Every set you log feeds a full-body heatmap across 36 muscle groups — front and back, male and female body maps. Cold means you're under minimum effective volume. Green means you're in the adaptive sweet spot. Hot means you're heading past what you can recover from. No more guessing whether your "back day" actually hit your rear delts. THE VOLUME LANDMARKS, APPLIED TO YOUR WEEK MEV, MAV and MRV aren't buzzwords here — they're the thresholds Gryper measures every muscle against, week after week: • MEV — the fewest hard sets that still drive growth • MAV — the range where most of your gains actually happen • MRV — the ceiling before fatigue outruns recovery Gryper shows you which muscles are lagging, which are dialled in, and which you're hammering into the ground. LOGGING THAT KEEPS UP WITH YOUR SESSION • Fast set entry — weight, reps, done • Built-in rest timer between sets • Reusable templates for your split — build once, run every week • 80+ exercises out of the box, plus your own custom lifts • Works offline. Bad gym signal doesn't cost you a session — everything syncs when you're back online ANALYTICS THAT ANSWER REAL QUESTIONS • Muscle volume — sets per muscle per week, against your landmarks • Strength progression — estimated 1RM tracked over time per lift • Personal records — every PR, caught automatically as you log it • Consistency — sessions per week, streaks, and the calendar view that doesn't let you lie to yourself • Push/pull and upper/lower balance — spot the imbalance before it becomes an injury END EVERY SESSION WITH A VERDICT The post-workout summary is the point of the whole app: what you hit, what you set a PR on, how this session moved each muscle toward or past its weekly target, and where you still have work to do before the week is out. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO TRAIN ON PURPOSE Gryper assumes you already know what a mesocycle is. It doesn't gamify your training, send you streak guilt-trips, or bury the numbers under badges. It gives you the data, the science, and a straight answer to the only question that matters: Did you do enough? ALSO INCLUDED • Light and dark themes • Sign in with Apple and Google • Body measurement tracking • A companion web dashboard for reviewing your history on a bigger screen • Your data is yours — private to your account, and exportable
