Your Sporting Director and coach bring you proposals; you make the big calls — approve the transfers, set the budgets, hire and fire, and steer the club's future. Matches are the OUTCOME of your business decisions, not the whole game. And the club is only half of it. You also build the TOWN. Start in a tiny village and grow it into a thriving metropolis: invest in businesses, infrastructure and facilities, and win over (or clash with) the local characters — a mayor, a business mogul, an academy head, a fan leader, a rival — who each form a real opinion of you that affects your costs, your sponsors and your youth pipeline.
