Kadapt turns listing photos into a finished vertical reel for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Upload your photos and the property facts. Kadapt reads the images, proposes a shot-by-shot plan, writes the script, records a voiceover and adds captions, then renders a 9:16 video. You approve the plan before anything renders, and you watch the reel through before you can download it. It is built specifically for residential real estate agents and brokers in the US and Canada — the prompts, pacing and language come from a real-estate content pack rather than a generic video tool. Captions are written to be fair-housing-safe by design, the guardrail built into that pack. Typical hands-on time is under ten minutes. Rendering runs in the background and you are notified when it is ready. What it does not do: post to social platforms on your behalf, or offer virtual staging, sky replacement or day-to-dusk conversion.
