LandShield is an AI-assisted property document screening tool built by A.I Realent for Nigerian real estate buyers. It helps buyers compare land and house documents such as C of O, allocation letters, survey plans, deeds of assignment, sale agreements, governor's consent documents, and related correspondence before they commit money. The tool surfaces inconsistencies that buyers should verify before payment, including owner-name differences, plot-number conflicts, land-size gaps, missing signatures, suspicious dates, unclear chain of ownership, and inconsistent property descriptions. LandShield does not replace a lawyer, surveyor, AGIS/FCTA, state land registry, or official government verification. It helps buyers ask better questions earlier and know what to verify with professionals before money changes hands.
