Surprisingly standard SaaS for a leading foundational lab. Expected more AI-native, instead built the creative in our own tooling and pasted it in. Thin inventory: following their bid recommendations, we couldn't fully spend a modest budget. But they ship fast, several limitations we hit have already shipped. The open question I'm sitting with: do "AI conversation ads" become their own category, or converge toward search/display over time?
