About Ledgerline
Ledgerline helps finance, billing, and operations teams make sure bills match the agreements behind them—without manually comparing PDFs and spreadsheets. Upload a text-based contract PDF and a standard CSV billing export. Ledgerline identifies the relevant terms, organizes the billing records, and highlights potential missing charges, underbilling, overpayments, and items that need review. Use Ledgerline from either perspective: • Vendors can find revenue that may not have been billed. • Buyers can identify charges that may have been overpaid. What makes Ledgerline different is that every result is reviewable. Each finding connects the relevant contract language, the related billing record, and the calculated difference, so your team can understand why it was flagged before taking action. AI helps read contract wording and capture supporting evidence. It does not generate financial results. Ledgerline applies matching and calculations in code, and flags unclear situations for human review instead of guessing. Ledgerline is best for clear, repeatable commercial terms, including recurring fees, simple per-unit rates, and straightforward usage thresholds. More complex situations—such as discounts, changing rates, taxes, currency conversion, partial-period charges, or scanned PDFs—are clearly marked for review rather than silently mishandled. It is a practical fit for SaaS and platform subscriptions, agency and service retainers, and recurring vendor invoices where written agreements should govern what gets billed.
