About Leewou

Leewou is an influencer marketing platform for teams who pick their own creators. WHY IT EXISTS A client of mine ran a skincare ecommerce brand in Poland. He wanted creators for a campaign and could not get near the tools that would have helped. The best one he found gave him a trial too limited to evaluate anything, then wanted $399 a month. He was not paying that to run a few campaigns a year, and at the time I could not offer him a better answer. Leewou is that answer, built about a year later. DISCOVERY Search creator profiles across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, filtered by location, language, age, gender, follower count, engagement rate and Reels plays. Search is unmetered on every paid plan, so exploring a niche costs nothing. Lookalike search takes a creator who already performed for you and returns comparable profiles. VETTING A 200k follower account with a bought audience looks identical to a real one until you open it. Every analysis splits followers into real people, mass followers, suspicious accounts and other influencers, reports a fake follower percentage and credibility score, and benchmarks engagement against creators of a similar size. Audience demographics, growth history and top posts come with it. Exports as a branded PDF for client sign-off. SHORTLISTING Creators save into shared lists carrying an outreach status, an assigned owner, labels and notes, so two people on the same team do not pitch the same creator a week apart. Contact emails unlock from a monthly allowance. Lists export to CSV or XLSX. MEASUREMENT Add creators to a campaign and their posts, Reels, TikToks and YouTube videos are collected automatically every 12 hours. Reporting covers content by format and channel, engagement, estimated impressions and reach, and earned media value. Enter budget, clicks and conversions and it derives CPM, CPC, CPV, CPA and CTR. THE PRICING DECISION Almost everyone in this category meters discovery, which means you spend credits finding out a creator is wrong for you. That makes teams search less and settle earlier, which is a strange incentive to build into a discovery tool. Leewou charges credits only for deep analysis and email unlocks. Browsing is free. WHAT IT DELIBERATELY IS NOT No outreach sending, no contracts, no creator payments, no public API yet. Leewou covers discovery, vetting and measurement and runs alongside the email tool a team already has. Building the end to end platform would have meant doing all of it badly, and the expensive do-everything tools were the problem I set out to solve. STACK Next.js 15 App Router, React 19, TypeScript strict, Tailwind with Radix via shadcn/ui, TanStack Query, Recharts. Auth on short-lived JWTs with rotating refresh tokens in httpOnly cookies. PRICING From $99/mo billed annually, flat rate per workspace rather than per seat. 14-day trial, no card, including 20 analyses, 40 searches and 6 email unlocks.

A client selling skincare in Poland needed creators. Best tool: a trial too small to judge, then $399/mo. He said no, and I had nothing better to offer. A year later I built this.
