Markline helps service providers manage project scope and recover billable time spent on random client requests, by analyzing client requests against existing contracts or scope of work (SoW) documents. When you forward a client request and a Statement of Work to the platform, Markline identifies the specific clauses that cover the request or drafts a change order and a professional reply if the work falls outside the original agreement. The goal is to help reduce time spent on random client requests and allow focus on actual meaningful (...and profitable) work and convert this random requests into billable change orders. We expect our users to recover billable time wasted on scope creep and improve the profit margins.
