Minimind was born from my frustration with the notes and task tools I was using: having to create accounts and hand over personal data, only working online, not knowing where my data goes or what they do with it, plus many come loaded with features and AI tools I don't need. I wanted a European alternative, without dark patterns, that respected users without sacrificing simplicity or experience. So I built the app I wish I had. Minimind is an offline-first SaaS with optional cloud storage that supports Markdown. Every text you write is stored with end-to-end encryption and your account is completely anonymous, not even an email required. We couldn't spy on you even if we wanted to. Built and stored in the EU.
