About Navio

Navio helps businesses plan efficient job routes, send them directly to drivers, and track progress as work is completed. It brings route optimisation, driver-ready shared links, password-protected access, job status updates, issue reporting, saved route history, and downloadable route records into one simple workflow. Unlike basic mapping tools, Navio is built around the full route process: planning the run, giving drivers a clean mobile-friendly route to follow, and capturing what happened on the road. The result is less manual planning, fewer driver questions, clearer completion records, faster issue follow-up, and a smoother handover between office staff and drivers. Current route configuration includes left-hand approach routing, designed for services such as municipal collections where road-side access matters. Upcoming configuration methods will include truck-aware routing for larger vehicles, and area-based route servicing for jobs that need to cover every address within a defined zone.

Excited to launch Navio, a simple way to plan efficient job routes, share them with drivers, track progress, record issues, and keep clear route history for field service and delivery teams.
