About Needle
Needle is a customer discovery product for founders and teams. You run Manual search when you want an immediate pass across the communities your plan includes, see sentiment and buying intent on results, and use Auto Search for your brand so the same kind of discovery runs again on its own on your schedule and chosen sites - with the latest posts in the Auto tab, optional digests, and competitor names called out in posts when you save competitors in Settings. Every paid plan includes one brand profile per account. Trending Problems and Analytics round out the dashboard. Needle Directory is the public catalog for listing your product - separate from Search.

Social media search: AI reply drafts + anti-ban reply engine
From any result card, open Draft reply to get two on-brand suggestions you can copy and paste yourself—we never post for you. Pick tone and how boldly to mention your product (including a pure-help mode). We call the approach behind those drafts the anti-ban reply engine: human-in-the-loop only, natural language, and built for participating like a real community member—not blasting threads. Daily and monthly draft limits follow your plan; your last draft per post loads when you reopen the sheet.

Really good idea and I'll use it when I have a bit more money to spend on marketing, etc. One thing is I think you can improve your hero area on the homepage as I don't think it's selling your product as good as it can. It's quite plain.

@workiamvs2002 The "How it works" network visual further down the page is stunning, something like that between the headline and CTA would be 🔥. Worth an A/B test!
