About Nooklet
Nooklet is Letterboxd for everything, not just movies. One profile for what you watched, played, read and listened to, instead of five different apps that never talk to each other. The point of it is the taste graph underneath. Rate a handful of albums and films and Nooklet starts picking up on connections you probably hadn't noticed, then recommends across categories instead of staying inside one. Liked a slow, quiet A24 film? That might tell it more about which game you'd enjoy than a genre tag ever could. That cross-category recommendation is the actual differentiator, not the "one app for everything" pitch on its own. You can bring your history over from Goodreads, IMDb, Letterboxd, Album of the Year and MyAnimeList, so the site isn't empty on day one. Item pages show where you can actually watch, play or listen to something right now, not a vague suggestion to check your local library. Profiles are public, so your reviews turn up in search and someone can read your list of favourite games without needing an account first. Built solo, and it shows in the small stuff. The 404 page reads like a person wrote it. Score captions turn a bare number into something you can actually parse ("Solid. Worth your evening."). Light mode exists because enough people asked for it. None of it is a fifteen-person roadmap. It's whatever mattered enough to get built.
