About Nudga

Nudga is not another to-do list. It’s a reminder system that doesn’t let things slip. Set a nudge for yourself or someone else — via SMS, email, or voice call. If it’s ignored, Nudga keeps nudging. Still no response? It escalates to backup contacts. Perfect for: - Following through on things you’d normally forget - Family coordination (no more “did you see my message?”) - Getting responses from people who don’t reply - Time-sensitive tasks like meds, bills, or pickups Key features: - Multi-channel alerts (Push, SMS, Email, Voice) - Acknowledgement tracking - Smart escalation to backup contacts - Email-to-nudge (forward an email to create a reminder instantly) Stop chasing people. Stop relying on memory. Let Nudga handle the follow-through.

Product Insights

Nudga is an automated reminder and escalation system that utilizes multi-channel outreach including SMS and voice to ensure task acknowledgement. It bridges the gap between simple notification tools and workflow automation by supporting manual creation, email forwarding, and camera scanning.

  • Multi-channel alerts across SMS, push notifications, email, and automated voice calls.
  • Smart escalation logic that notifies backup contacts if primary alerts are ignored.
  • Scan-to-nudge functionality for automated reminder creation from physical documents.
  • Configurable active hours to control when notifications are delivered to users.

Ideal for: Nudga is ideal for founders, CEOs, and non-technical users who require reliable follow-through on time-sensitive tasks and team coordination.

Scan to Nudge — point your camera, get a reminder

A bill arrives. An appointment card. A school form. Most reminder apps make you type it all in. Nudga doesn't. Point your camera at the document — Nudga reads it, pulls out the dates, amounts and creates the reminders automatically. Recurring bills? It handles those too. I also shipped a bunch of stuff alongside it: - Active Hours — only get nudged when you actually want to be reached - Voice escalation — for things you really can't miss, Nudga can call you - Influencer campaign in motion — first wave of Collabstr creators going live soon Goal: make Nudga the reminder app that does the work for you, not the one you have to feed.

Nudga now reacts — not just reminds

Nudga has always been about follow-through — making sure things don’t slip. Now it goes a step further. You can create nudges automatically using email forwarding and webhooks (configured in the web app). Once set up, Nudga handles the follow-up — across mobile, SMS, email, or voice — until it’s acknowledged. This unlocks a new way to use Nudga: Not just for scheduled reminders, but for real-world events that need attention.

ran into this exact problem last month — set a reminder, dismissed it, then forgot. the escalation to sms and voice is what makes this actually useful

Yes @vk89 thats exactly it, trying to tackle a real occurrence and increasing the probability that users will not miss the reminder. The bigger part is you can include another person in you reminder chain to have another layer.

ran into this exact problem last month — set a reminder, dismissed it, then forgot completely. the escalation to sms and voice call is what actually makes this useful vs every other reminder app

This is a great idea. I can see it being implemented for people who live alone and need welfare checks if physical visits are not viable. Many ideas for uses. Wishing you the best!

Thanks @baileytinn !, exactly you can set yourself to be the last in the reminder escalation, and if you get notified then you know all the attempts prior were not acknowledged and can hint to their being a possible issue.

The escalation to backup contacts is such a smart touch. Most reminder apps just give up after one ping. This actually closes the loop, which is exactly what you need for critical tasks.

@chaudharyarun5797 thanks for checking Nudga out! Spot on — I got tired of reminders I could just ignore, so I built one that won’t let you.

Persistent reminders is a smart angle. Most reminder apps are too easy to dismiss. Does it integrate with calendar apps?

jasperjackson
@jasperjackson

Thanks @support1202 ! Google cal is on my roadmap, I was stuck in a cycle of building features, and pushed out a mail forwarder & webhook to create a nudge.Literally had to hard stop and figure out distro for a bit which I know little about

@mitchell

The escalation feature is what sets this apart from every other reminder app. SMS + email + voice call until someone responds is genuinely useful for time-sensitive stuff. Smart concept!

@jasperjackson

Hey @mitchell, Thanks for checking out what Nudga is about, and spot on! giving an extra layer of accountability with escalation for users and even pulling in a family member, partner or friend as well to be apart of the reminder chain.

I like this idea a lot. It reminds me a bit of my own project incoming, but for more in person tasks. Best of luck!

Thank you! @clsmiles52, and that’s awesome to hear, best of luck to you also.

Built Nudga because I was tired of reminders that vanish into the void. Nudga keeps nudging until someone actually responds — and if they don't, it escalates. Would love feedback!
