About Parendipity

Parendipity is an iPhone app for parents that turns school, sports and activity emails into one shared family calendar, automatically. Connect Gmail once. Parendipity monitors your inbox for schedule emails from schools, coaches, leagues and team apps like TeamSnap, pulls out events, deadlines and changes, and syncs them to Google Calendar. Anything that follows that calendar, like your phone, your co-parent's phone or a Skylight on the wall, stays current too. What it does: - Builds one family calendar from every school, team and activity email, with no forwarding or retyping - Catches schedule changes, like a moved practice or a rainout, and updates the event - Gives both parents the same view, with every pickup and dropoff assigned - Coordinates carpools with other families, even if they don't use Parendipity - Surfaces action items like permission slips, payments and RSVPs before they're due - Sunday Planner to plan the week ahead together Built for busy families with kids in school, sports and activities. Pricing: $7.99 per child per month, capped at $19.99 per family. 30 days free.

Hi PeerPush! I'm Myles, dad of two. Every time I tried to help my wife with the kids, I created more chaos because I was missing context. I built Parendipity so both parents have the full picture.
