PDFTrackr is document tracking and analytics for people whose documents make them money: proposals, quotes, pitch decks and client reports. Any PDF becomes a secure tracked link. The dashboard reports who opened it, how long they spent on each page, and the page where they stopped reading. What makes those numbers usable is what is taken out of them: email scanners, link-preview bots and crawlers are classified and excluded from the counts, and PDFTrackr shows what it excluded, so no follow-up is spent on a mail server. On top of the counts sits the analysis. Return-visitor Signals identify who came back for a second look and who is worth a call. A per-recipient verdict answers whether one named person read the document. Real-time alerts with emailed Reading Reports arrive on first open and again when someone returns. Access is controlled per link. An allow list names the email addresses permitted to open a document, a block list shuts an address out and ends any session it already holds, and email verification requires a six-digit code before the file renders. Unlisted and blocked addresses see identical denials, so a forwarded link reveals nothing about the recipient list. Passwords, expiry dates, download control and per-page watermarking apply on top, and every upload is virus-scanned.
