About Phoenix Can Sealing Machine

The Problem It Solves: Manual sealing slows down production and creates inconsistent closures. If you package food or beverages, a weak seal leads directly to spoilage, leaks, and costly product recalls. You need a fast, reliable way to create a completely airtight environment. The Phoenix Can Sealing Machine eliminates this bottleneck on the factory floor. It automates the closure process for industrial food packaging lines. It guarantees every single can receives a perfect, hermetic seal. You get commercial speed and strict quality control built into one heavy-duty 500 Kg unit. How It Works? The machine creates a permanent closure using a mechanical process called double seaming. It tightly folds the metal lid and the can body together without relying on adhesives. Here is the exact mechanical sequence: 1. Positioning: You feed the filled can into the sealing area. A base plate lifts the can upward. This presses the lid firmly against a rotating top holding piece called a seaming chuck. 2. First Operation: As the can spins rapidly, a specialized steel roller pushes into the edge of the lid. It curls the outer edge of the lid completely under the lip of the can body. 3. Second Operation: A second roller moves in immediately after. It flattens and compresses that curled metal tight against the can's body. This intense pressure creates the final airtight joint. Phoenix Machine Specifications The unit listed on the Phoenix page gives you high output and distinct flexibility for different product lines. Sealing Speed: You can process 60 to 80 cans per minute. Height Adjustment: You can adjust the vertical clearance to accept cans ranging from 50 mm up to 200 mm tall. Diameter Range: The machine handles standard widths between 35 mm and 100 mm. You can also request a customized setup for 126 mm cans. Power Draw: It consumes 4 KW of power and operates on standard 220V or 380V industrial supplies.
