About PhotoSpec: Passport & ID Photo

PhotoSpec builds a passport, visa or ID photo to the specific document you pick, not to a generic "passport size". Pick the country and the document type. Voice guidance and an on-screen guide frame you while you shoot. Before you save, the app checks lighting, focus, expression, background and spec fit, and shows you a score. 37 countries, 104 official document types. Where a government publishes the numbers - print size in mm, head height, pixel range, file size in KB, background - the app uses those numbers and shows the source. Where nothing is published, it says so instead of guessing. Of the 104 document types, 83 publish a print size, 56 publish a head-height rule, and 17 have a pixel rule we could confirm on the authority's own page. The app does not replace the background or reshape the face. Most specifications forbid retouching, and cut-out heads are a common reason a photo is refused. Processed on-device. Photos are never stored on a server. First photo free, then $2.99.
