About PinchStreet

PinchStreet is a prelaunch mobile investing experience for U.S. adults who find traditional investing apps intimidating. The public site is currently an early-access waitlist, not a live trading product. The planned experience replaces a blank search bar with a swipe-based discovery flow for stocks and ETFs, explained in plain English so people can research and decide for themselves. PinchStreet plans to support investing from a few dollars through a regulated U.S. brokerage partner. A planned parent-governed NextGen mode is designed to let children explore and propose trades while an adult parent or guardian reviews each request. We are gathering adult feedback while the product is in development. Features, availability, pricing, and launch timing may change. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Educational and informational only; not investment advice.

Great educational approach to investing with a thoughtful family mode feature. Makes stock investing accessible and fun for parents and students together.

The parent-governed mode teaches investing without giving children execution authority. Since PinchStreet is prelaunch, how are you testing whether swipe-based discovery improves understanding instead of encouraging impulsive selection?

@russlan Great question! Kids propose, parents approve — no child trades. We counter impulse with plain-English 'why' cards, a save-to-research Wishlist, and the parent-approval step, tested now in our pre-launch beta.

Founder clarification: PinchStreet is prelaunch and the link is an adult waitlist, not a live trading app. We’re testing plain-English stock and ETF discovery plus a planned parent-governed mode. Educational only; investing involves risk.
