PinReview is a visual feedback and bug-tracking tool for web teams, design agencies and their clients. Instead of spreadsheets, long email threads and manual screenshots, clients click on a live or staging website and leave feedback right where the problem is. The problem it solves Vague feedback: clients report issues without saying which page, element or device they mean. Client friction: asking clients to create accounts slows reviews down. Missing context: developers lose time trying to reproduce bugs without knowing the browser, screen size or errors. Key features Guest feedback, no account needed: share a link and clients comment without signing up. On sites with the PinReview script installed, they don't need to install anything. Point-and-click pins: click any element on the page and leave a comment exactly where it applies. Automatic technical context: each comment captures a screenshot of what the reviewer sees (which they can annotate), the page URL, CSS selector, viewport size, browser, OS and console errors. Task board: every comment becomes a task on a Kanban board you can assign, prioritise, filter and move. Review more than websites: upload PDFs and images and pin feedback on them the same way. Two ways to collect feedback: a one-line script for your own sites, or the Chrome extension for any site, including ones you don't control. Integrations: Slack and webhooks, plus MCP so AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor can read and work through the tasks.
