You swipe on topics instead of profiles, and the app learns what matters to you from there. Instead of scrolling through profile after profile, you tell Polar Social what you're into. Its AI uses that to find people who share your interests and opinions, and it keeps refining those matches the more you use it. Photos still show up, but they're not the whole pitch, since you get a sense of someone's mind before you decide whether you're into their face. Polar Social also works like a community. You can see which topics are trending, weigh in on debates other users have started, and get a read on someone's personality before you ever send a message. That gives you something real to open with instead of "hey, how's your week going." Polar Social is free to use. Everyone gets three hearts a day, can message their matches, and can swipe on standard and versus cards. An optional Polar Plus subscription unlocks more: ten hearts a day instead of three, read receipts, the ability to see who's already liked you, matching in other locations, and the option to build custom cards.
