Proofavo

Proofavo is an artwork approval tool for freelancers, small studios and print shops — the businesses that send proofs for sign-off every week and get the feedback back as three emails, a phone call and a "yes go ahead" that later turns out to refer to the wrong version. The loop is deliberately narrow: upload artwork (PDF, JPG, PNG, multi-page supported), send one review link, collect pin-point comments on the artwork itself, upload revisions, and record approval against the exact immutable file. The approval produces a downloadable record with a SHA-256 fingerprint — operational evidence for the "that's not what I approved" conversation. Delivery tracking shows when the proof link was opened and the file viewed. The part most tools get wrong is the client's side, so the reviewer page has no account, no password and no app to install. One link opens the proof with one Approve and one Request changes, on any phone. Reviewers are never charged and never occupy a seat. Pricing is a flat workspace price rather than per user: a free plan that runs the whole loop (3 active projects, 1 GB), Starter at $29.90/month and Professional at $79.90/month, both with unlimited people in the workspace. Proofavo is in active development with a public waitlist. The sandbox demo is the actual product — both the studio dashboard and the customer's review page — and needs no sign-up.
