Use blockchain technology to enable fractional ownership, allowing community members to participate in the revitalization of local real estate. With the world realizing what the K-Shaped Economy is and how detrimentally toxic it is for the average person trying to get ahead in life, I couldn’t help but wonder. Much like when I was 10 in 1995 and I was introduced to SimCity. Fast Forward I learn about Fiat, BIS, the FED, etc and of course blockchain capabilities. I have done the research to understand that tokenization within the next years will be worth trillions in just Real Estate alone. I sat in a target parking lot last pre-Xmas picking up a gift we had bought. Drinking a cup of coffee and waiting. I asked Grok “how do I make 1 million dollars today”. Of course we can all guess what it said angel founder, scratch of lottery, etc. It was then for some reason I thought about a piece of grassland down by a very active/revives mill in my hometown. What if this was SimCity what would I choose to build there? Then I realized the game Will Wright created has great emphasis placed into its algorithm about Urban Dynamics. Hmm so… In SimCity the citizens tell you what they need/want/problems all of it! Build and make them happy and grow the economy for what they are looking for. This piece of land shouldn’t be my choice or a conglomerates for what it should be. The community should actually decide/vote/DAO and so I started to build a platform that is my version what I have laid out here RevitaHub which resides as buildourcommunity.co has the coding and functionality to empower the 90% of population here in America at least to own real estate, create what they want and collect on the profits, increase local GDP, be heard. And of course rinse and repeat. Break the K-Shaped Economy with AI and Blockchain.
