Roomephant shows a specific piece of furniture inside a photo of your own room, at the size printed on the product page, before you buy it. Paste a product link from Amazon, Wayfair, IKEA, JYSK or most other stores. The name, photos and listed dimensions load automatically. Upload one photo of your room, mark where the item should go, and in about thirty seconds you get your room with that exact sofa, rug, wardrobe or lamp standing in it. No account and no app to install. How it differs from AI room design tools: they repaint your whole room in a style and invent furniture that isn't for sale anywhere. Roomephant keeps your room exactly as it is and adds one real product you're about to buy. The question it answers is "will this one fit, and how will it look next to what I already own?" How the size comes out right. A photo has no scale of its own, so a cut-out pasted onto a room picture can be any size and still look plausible. Roomephant reads width, depth and height from the store listing, estimates a depth map of your room, and calibrates against objects with known sizes that appear in most photos: doors, outlets, radiators, counter heights. On our test set the size error is about 6%. A plain resized cut-out was off by 13 to 43% depending on the photo. The methodology and test rooms are published on the site.
