Rubinyun is an API-first Instagram and Facebook scheduler built for automations. Instead of generic "best time" averages, it reads the engagement of your own recent posts through the Instagram Graph API and works out the best hour for each weekday of your audience. It publishes images, carousels, reels and stories on Instagram, and photos, carousels and videos on Facebook Pages, from the same queue: one post, one tick per channel. It keeps running on its own even with your PC off. The meter is what makes it different: almost everyone else charges per connected profile, so the bill grows with the number of accounts whether they post or not. Rubinyun charges per published post. Ten profiles cost the same as one, and if Meta rejects a post you are not charged for the attempt. It fits n8n, Make, or any HTTP client (a ready-made n8n template and a community node are provided), and there is a free plan with the API included. Best for freelancers and agencies with several client profiles that each post a few times a month.

Rubinyun update: Facebook Pages, one queue for every channel, client approvals and webhooks
Rubinyun now publishes to Facebook Pages next to Instagram: photos, carousels and videos, from the same queue. One post, one tick per channel, and the scheduler shows everything in a single list with the social logo and the profile name on each row, filters instead of a dropdown, and counters for the whole account. Client approvals: when a post needs a client's yes, send it for review from the API or the console. The client gets a public link, no account needed, in Italian, English or Spanish, and approves or rejects with a comment. The engine will not publish a post that is still waiting, even if its time has passed: it goes out on the first run after the approval. Webhooks: Rubinyun can call your endpoint on every event (scheduled, published, failed, sent for review, approved, rejected), with a signed payload, a test button and a log of the last twenty deliveries. Referral codes: a code in the link or typed in the console ties the account to the person who brought it, and the first one stays. The n8n community node is on npm as n8n-nodes-rubinyun (0.1.2), with a ready-made template and a short walkthrough video. Everything works on the free plan too, API included.

I built Rubinyun because my workflows could create posts but nothing would publish them at the right hour with the PC off. There is a free plan with the API included, if you want to poke at it.
