Sequo

You describe your idea in a sentence. Sequo asks a few focused questions, then turns it into an ordered build plan, eight documents that live in your repo, and one copy-ready prompt per step for the agent you already use. The point is not generating a plan. Any chat can do that. The point is that the plan survives. A markdown spec file works early, then the project grows, the file gets long, and the agent quietly stops reading it. No error, no warning. You find out when finished work comes back rewritten. Sequo keeps the plan, the architecture and the decisions in files, and points the agent at them in every prompt it hands you. Steps come in dependency order, so no step assumes work that has not happened. Each prompt is scoped to one step, so finished work stays finished. It also separates what the agent can do from what only you can do.
