About Serenido

Serenido is a set of eight small browser tools built around how ADHD actually behaves rather than how planners assume it does. The tools: a brain dump that sorts each item into do, defer or drop. A task breakdown that shows one step at a time so the rest cannot stare at you. A five minute visual focus timer that opens ready to run with nothing to configure. A dopamine menu builder you fill in while calm, before the craving hits. A 24 hour parking lot for impulse purchases. A forgotten subscription finder. A calculator for what ADHD costs you across a year in late fees, duplicate purchases and forgotten payments. And an IEP service minutes calculator that works out whether a school actually delivered the support it promised a child. What makes it different: every tool runs entirely in the browser. There is no sign-up, no paywall, no email wall, and nothing you type is sent to a server. Most ADHD apps ask for an account before they help, which is the exact moment an ADHD brain closes the tab. The IEP calculator has no equivalent anywhere. Every other service-minutes calculator online is built for school staff working out percentage of school day. This one is built for the parent asking whether the promised minutes happened, and it outputs the sentence they can paste into an email to the district. The site also publishes free printables and long-form articles on ADHD, attention and money.

Eight free web tools that need no account and store nothing is an easy way in for anyone who wants to try them right away. Keeping it simple and private makes it approachable. Congrats on the launch!

I have ADHD and kept bouncing off tools that wanted an account before they would help. So these do not have one. Eight small things, each does one job, nothing you type leaves your browser.
