Over the last fre months, we’ve made some meaningful upgrades across ShareDay, especially in printables and partner enablement. On the printables side, one of the biggest improvements is that customers can now upload their own invite design and combine it with personalised QR codes for each guest. That gives people much more flexibility to keep their event branding consistent while also making guest management and check-in much more seamless. We’ve also continued to strengthen the partner program by making it more structured and scalable. Over the last six months, we’ve focused on building a better foundation for partners to work with us, making it clearer how they can participate, deliver value, and grow alongside the platform. That includes improving the overall partner experience, creating better alignment around how we support them, and making the program a more important part of how we expand reach and adoption. Alongside those two areas, we’ve shipped a range of other upgrades across the product and operations that improve reliability, usability, and the overall customer experience. Taken together, these changes reflect six months of steady progress and a stronger platform for both users and partners.

There has been a wee revamp! Plate Planner Coordinate shared meals by letting guests claim what they're bringing. Updated Seating Planner Plan tables more smoothly with a refreshed seating tool that makes guest placement easier to manage. Shared CarePod Events Run host-application events with a setup built for shared care groups or rotating parent hosts. Set up an event, have hosts apply to host it and then people can add themselves as guests. Great for rotating after school care! Automatic Guest Reminders Send automatic reminder nudges by email or SMS without manual follow-up. Invitation Schedule Show guests the flow of the day directly on the invitation.

ShareDay SMS reminders are no longer just “nudge texts.” If a guest replies to a system-generated SMS, their reply is now instantly forwarded to all hosts via email.
