About ShoCial

ShoCial is a video-first commerce platform where creators sell products directly through short videos. Instead of sending users to external websites, ShoCial lets viewers discover, engage, and purchase within the same scroll experience. Creators tag products in videos, users tap to buy instantly, and brands get higher conversions from content. Built for the next generation of commerce, where content drives buying decisions.

🚀 After months of building, ShoCial is finally live on Google Play!

I've been working on ShoCial with one goal in mind: Make online shopping feel as engaging as short video content. Instead of browsing endless product grids, users can discover products through short videos and shop instantly. This launch has been anything but straightforward. Over the past few months I've: Built the MVP from scratch Reworked major parts of the app multiple times Solved Play Store production access requirements Completed closed testing with 14 testers over 14 days Fixed countless UI, performance, and Android issues Optimized the TWA experience to remove the browser bar Improved checkout, media handling, notifications, and overall UX Today, the first public version is finally live. Current features • Video-first shopping experience • Creator-driven product discovery • Instant checkout flow • Fashion, lifestyle, gadgets, and more • Admin dashboard for catalog and order management This is only the beginning. I have a long roadmap ahead with AI powered discovery, better personalization, creator tools, and many improvements planned. I'd genuinely love feedback from fellow builders and developers. If you have suggestions on the product, UX, performance, or overall experience, I'm all ears. 📲 Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shocial.android Every download, review, bug report, and piece of feedback helps make ShoCial better. Thanks to everyone who has supported this journey so far. 🙌 #buildinpublic #android #startup #indiehacker #videocommerce #ecommerce #firebase #nextjs #googleplay #madeinindia #productlaunch

Building ShoCial because traditional e-commerce is broken for creators. People discover products through videos, but buying still happens on slow, disconnected websites. We’re fixing that by making
