SkipCalls is an AI phone receptionist that works with an existing business number through call forwarding. When a team cannot answer a forwarded call, its configured receptionist can greet the caller, collect contact details, understand the reason for the call, and take a useful message. Where the relevant settings and integrations are enabled, SkipCalls can also offer appointment times, create a booking, or transfer the caller to a person. After each conversation, it produces a structured summary so the business can follow up with the context of the call.
